1. How do I receive bookings from Easy Picks?

Drivers receive bookings through the Easy Picks WhatsApp bot. Once accepted, the booking is confirmed and details are shared with the customer.

2. How do I get paid?

Drivers are paid directly by customers on the day of service (cash or card). Easy Picks only charges customers a service fee while drivers receive the full fare.

3. Do I need to reconfirm bookings?

Yes. All drivers must reconfirm bookings 1 day before the scheduled job when they receive such confirmation request. If you don't reconfirm, the booking is released back to the driver pool.

4. What happens if I cancel a job?

If you cancel before reconfirmation then the booking will be re-released to other drivers. If you cancel after reconfirmation (within 24 hrs of service) then this will affect your reliability score and ability to receive future jobs.

5. What is the driver reliability score?

Each driver has an internal reliability score based on reconfirmations, cancellations, and customer feedback. Reliable drivers are prioritized for jobs. Repeated last-minute cancellations or complaints can reduce your score and will lead to suspension.

6. Is Easy Picks my employer?

No. Easy Picks is only a booking facilitator. Drivers remain independent and must comply with all legal requirements, including licenses, insurance, and road safety.

7. Who is responsible for goods in transit?

Drivers are fully responsible for the safety of customer goods during transport. Easy Picks is not liable for any damage, theft, or loss.

8. What if a dispute arises with a customer?

Any issues regarding fare, waiting time, or handling of goods must be resolved directly between the customer and the driver. Easy Picks' role ends with the booking facilitation.
