You can book directly through our WhatsApp bot. Simply share your trip details, confirm your booking, and pay the Easy Picks service charge to secure your booking.
The service charge is a small fee paid to Easy Picks at the time of booking. This covers the cost of using our booking platform. The remaining trip fare is paid directly to your driver on the day of service.
The full fare (excluding service charge) is paid directly to the driver either by cash or card. Easy Picks is not involved in this payment.
If you cancel 36 hours or less before your service then No refund. If you cancel more than 36 hours before your service then 50% of the service charge will be refunded. Refunds apply only to the service charge, not to any driver payments.
If they cancel or don't respond, your job is released back into the pool for reassignment. If no driver is available, your service charge will be refunded.
No. The safety of your goods lies with the driver. Easy Picks only facilitates bookings and does not handle transportation directly or is acting as an insurance for the goods. If needed, customer should arrange their own insurance for protection against damage, theft, or loss.
Yes. Customers are encouraged to arrange independent insurance for added peace of mind, especially for valuable or fragile items. Easy picks is not affiliated with any insurance provider.
Easy Picks' maximum liability is limited to the service charge collected at booking.
